*Existing policy holders will see the new homeowner policy rates at their renewal on or after April 1, 2014.  Because of the new underwriting of these policies, some existing policyholders may see an increase in their premium.  If this occurs, policyholders are encouraged to contact California Casualty and discuss their new premium reducing options.
